More life drawing
Just in case you didn't know this blog isn't dead, I've just been pretty terrible at updating this year.
I moved to Bristol a few months ago now and its taken a while to get my scanner and computer up and running so I've got a lot to post over the next few days.
I've been doing life drawing again recently so here's the first batch I did earlier in the year.
Hope you like it!

Homo floresiensis and a bunch of other dead mammals.
Here's a few more pieces from some of my sketchbooks.
Feel like I really need to get back to basics with a lot of this stuff, some of those animals are looking a bit boss eyed.
The top two were studies done at the Natural History Museum so they were mostly done from stuffed mammals.

A bit of concept art
I was asked to do a few character portraits a while back for director Jason Young but haven't been able to post them untill recently.
They were both based on actresses Jason had in mind for the parts so it was good practice getting a likeness.
